Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in the region with the delivery of key projects. Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deadlines. Manage the availability of all resources (parts, freight, manpower, etc.) as needed. Liaise with supply chain and other internal departments. Engage with key internal and external stakeholders. Participate in community involvement activities.
Qualifications
To qualify for this graduate internship, you must:
- Be currently studying or have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT, with an interest in a Project Management career.
- Be available for the 3-month internship and willing to intern during your studies or work. Note: Applicants not meeting these qualifying requirements will not be considered.
Skills/Abilities
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A keen interest in project management and practical experience through your studies. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel, along with a working knowledge of Project Management tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, a team-oriented ethic, and the ability to think and operate autonomously.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive engagement with stakeholders and suppliers to gather necessary information for achieving set outcomes.
