  • Engaging with customers, offering menu guidance, and addressing their inquiries and preferences promptly and courteously.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Adaptability to varying shifts and dynamic hospitality settings.


  • Proven experience in a similar front-facing hospitality role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash-handling abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certificate relevant to hospitality or customer service.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • A Valid Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
  • Experience handling reservations and event management
